Identity. Which is odd because I’ve never consciously struggled with it in the past.

What about it specifically?

I’m asking myself the question: Who is Erin Bunford in the Covid19 season?

And what have you concluded?

A better Erin Bunford than in the last season.

What about after?

The same will be true in the next season too. A better Erin Bunford than today.

And how’s that going?

Not well really. I’ve always thought I was the best Erin in the Summer of 2019.

And what are you measuring that by?

My own perception, I guess.

And there lies the problem.
